We handle all requests for intercontinental flights. Our many years’ experience booking flights reaps us advantages that we are happy to share with you:

To receive an offer for a specific flight, please provide the following details:
Names and dates of birth of all travelers
In order to offer non-committal reservations, we do need the exact spelling of the name as it is written in the passport, date of birth is sometimes necessary as well. Regarding the name it needs to be clear what is family name, first name and gender.
Desired departure and destination airports
Please provide more information on the travel route you are planning. Sometimes it comes cheaper to fly from elsewhere and combine it with a Rail&Fly ticket.
Travel dates
When exactly are you planning to fly? And when do you fly back? Are you flexible with your travel days? You could also mention that you need to be at a certain place at a certain time.
Travel insurance
Important information
As a tour organizer, we are required by law to inform you about travel cancellation insurance.
Travel cancellation insurance only refunds the contractually agreed cancellation costs and only in the specifically insured case, such as a serious illness or a death in the immediate family. You must provide evidence of the need to cancel.
The cost of travel cancellation insurance is based on the trip’s real cost. You can choose between a 20% deduction and none, or combine it with various other types of insurance such as baggage, trip interruption, and medical insurance. Cohabiting couples and families, and groups can also qualify for favorable rates.

Booking
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance only after all services have been booked and the real cost of your trip (tour and any flights) has been determined. Travel cancellation insurance can be issued up to 31 days before your departure. If you have booked your own flight, let us know the price so we can include it when calculating the cost of your travel cancellation insurance.
