Important information

As a tour organizer, we are required by law to inform you about travel cancellation insurance. 

Travel cancellation insurance only refunds the contractually agreed cancellation costs and only in the specifically insured case, such as a serious illness or a death in the immediate family. You must provide evidence of the need to cancel.

The cost of travel cancellation insurance is based on the trip’s real cost. You can choose between a 20% deduction and none, or combine it with various other types of insurance such as baggage, trip interruption, and medical insurance. Cohabiting couples and families, and groups can also qualify for favorable rates.

Booking

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance only after all services have been booked and the real cost of your trip (tour and any flights) has been determined. Travel cancellation insurance can be issued up to 31 days before your departure. If you have booked your own flight, let us know the price so we can include it when calculating the cost of your travel cancellation insurance.
