Our very knowledgable and sympathetic tourguide Noam Yatsiv will take us on a tour through Haifa. Unlike many other Israelis who tend to move away from the city - he chose Haifa to be his adopted home. After beginning with a short general overview over the history of Haifa, he will take us on a tour to the Baha'i gardens, the historic German colony, the Palestinian quarter Wadi Nisnas and to the port neighborhoods of the city.
Throughout the whole tour Noam himself will illustrate the recent developments and escalation in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the way it affects the living realities on site. We will also be probably meeting more residents of Haifa during the tour.
